Privacy Policy

Effective date: 29 August 2026

Last updated: 29 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Globe Busters (the "Game"), how it is used, and the choices you have.

The Game is published by natu games — "we", "us". For any privacy question or request, write to support@playnatu.com.

1. The short version

2. Information collected

2.1 Stored on your device, not sent to us

The Game saves the following in local storage on your device:

This data never leaves your device. There is no cloud save and no account, which also means we cannot restore your progress if you delete the Game or change devices.

2.2 Analytics — Google Firebase Analytics

When you have consented, the Game sends gameplay events to Firebase Analytics so we can see which levels are too hard, where players stop, and whether a feature is used. Typical events are: starting a session, starting, winning, failing or quitting a level, entering or completing a country, earning a stamp, earning or spending coins, energy and boosters, and ad events such as an ad being shown, failing, or granting its reward.

Event parameters are gameplay values only — such as the level, country, item or booster involved, your balance after a change, and the app version. They contain no name, no email address, no contact data and no free text you have typed.

Firebase Analytics also collects, automatically and on Google's side: a pseudonymous app instance identifier, device model, operating system version, app version, device language, and a country/region derived from your IP address. Google processes this as our data processor; see Google's own notice at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy and https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not set a user ID in Analytics, and we do not link analytics data to any identity.

2.3 Advertising — Google AdMob

The Game shows rewarded video ads only — never an ad you did not choose to watch. Rewarded ads are optional in every place they appear (extra energy, a free booster, doubling a win reward, continuing after a loss, free coins in the shop).

To serve them, the Google Mobile Ads SDK sends to Google: your device's advertising identifier (on iOS, the IDFA — only if you allowed tracking at Apple's prompt; on Android, the Advertising ID), your IP address, device and operating system information, and interaction data about the ad itself (shown, watched, completed, clicked). Google may use this to select and measure ads and, where you have consented, to personalise them.

If you decline the consent form, or decline Apple's tracking prompt, the Game requests non-personalised ads instead — you still get the reward, the ad is just less targeted.

2.4 Consent management — Google UMP

In the EEA, the UK and US states with applicable privacy laws, the Game shows Google's User Messaging Platform consent form and stores your answer through the SDK, so it can be honoured on later launches and changed by you at any time.

2.5 Game content delivery

The Game downloads its level content and settings over HTTPS from our hosting provider. These are plain file downloads — the Game uploads no information with them — but, as with any web request, the provider's servers may log the requesting IP address for operational and security purposes.

2.6 Purchases

In-app purchases are not offered in this version of the Game. If they are enabled in a future version, payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we receive a confirmation that a purchase succeeded, never your card number, billing address or any other payment credential.

2.7 What we never collect

Name, email address, postal address, phone number, contacts, calendar, photos, camera, microphone, health or fitness data, financial or payment credentials, precise (GPS) location, browsing history, search history, and any special-category data. The Game requests no such permission from your operating system.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers and partners named above:

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

These providers operate globally, so data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Transfers rely on the mechanisms those providers publish, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

5. Retention

6. Your choices and rights

In the Game, at any time:

Depending on where you live, you have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, portability, and to withdraw consent — under the GDPR (EEA/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California, including the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, which the in-game privacy options control), and the KVKK (Türkiye, Law No. 6698 Art. 11).

To exercise any of them, write to support@playnatu.com. Because the Game has no accounts, we may not be able to link any data to you; if we cannot identify data as yours, we will tell you so. We respond within the period the applicable law requires (one month under the GDPR, 30 days under the KVKK). You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Deletion request: email support@playnatu.com with the subject "Data deletion — Globe Busters". You may additionally ask Google to delete advertising data associated with your device through the Google controls linked above.

7. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or under the equivalent age in your country, up to 16 in parts of the EEA) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided data to us, write to support@playnatu.com and we will delete it.

8. Security

Everything the Game sends travels over HTTPS. On-device data is protected by your operating system's app sandbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we hold our providers to industry-standard safeguards.

9. Changes

We will update this policy when the Game changes what it collects, and we will move the "Last updated" date above. Where the change is material, we will ask for your consent again inside the Game before the new processing starts.
