Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the mobile games and services published by natu games — "we", "us" — including Globe Busters (the "Services"). By downloading, installing or playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use them only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Services on a device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Services except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded; use cheats, automation, modified clients, exploits or any unauthorised software; interfere with or overload our or our providers' systems; sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services or anything in them; or extract our content for use elsewhere.

All rights in the Services — code, art, audio, names, logos — belong to us or our licensors.

3. Your device and connection

You are responsible for your device, your internet connection and any charges from your carrier. Some features — such as downloading new levels and watching rewarded ads — require a connection; the rest of the Services remain playable offline.

4. Virtual items and currency

The Services include virtual items and currency, such as coins, energy, boosters and cosmetic items.

• They have no real-world value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold or redeemed for money or anything of value outside the Services.
• What you receive is a limited, revocable licence to use them inside the Services.
• We may change, rebalance, limit, suspend or remove any virtual item, price or reward at any time.
• Unused virtual items expire when your licence ends — including if you delete the Services or if we discontinue them.

Progress is stored only on your device. There is no account and no cloud save, so deleting the app, resetting the device or switching devices permanently ends your progress and everything in it. We cannot restore it.

5. Advertising

The Services show rewarded video advertisements: ads you choose to watch in exchange for a reward such as energy, a booster or extra coins. Watching is always optional, and daily limits apply.

Ads are supplied by third-party networks whose content we do not control. Advertising and the privacy choices around it are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Purchases

In-app purchases are not currently offered in Globe Busters. Where a version of the Services does offer them:

• Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms, not by us.
• Purchases are delivered as virtual items under §4 and are final and non-refundable except where refunds are required by applicable law or granted by the platform under its own policy. Refund requests go to Apple or Google, not to us.
• You are responsible for all charges made through your account, including by a minor using your device.
• Consumer protection law in your country may give you additional rights — including, in the EU/UK and Türkiye, a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, which you may lose once delivery begins with your consent. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive.

7. Acceptable use and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or reset progress obtained through cheating, exploitation of a bug, or breach of these Terms. We may also discontinue the Services or any feature at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give notice, but we may act immediately where the breach is serious or ongoing.

You may end these Terms at any time by deleting the Services. §4, §8, §9 and §11 survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, or that any defect will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in those, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, virtual items or profits, however caused. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law — including the statutory rights of consumers.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be notified in the Services or on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there.

Turkish consumers may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts.

12. General

If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Services.
